Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider or collected on delivery where Cash on Delivery is offered. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised or the order is accepted for Cash on Delivery.

Delivery & pickup

We aim to deliver within the timelines indicated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with location and availability. Where store pickup is offered, you will be notified when your order is ready.

Returns & cancellations

Cancellation and return eligibility depends on the product category and is subject to the item being unused and in its original condition. Perishable goods, medicines, and similar regulated items may be non-returnable except where they arrive damaged or incorrect.
